We offer free estimates for most standard plumbing services. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change if unforeseen conditions arise during service. All pricing will be discussed and approved by the customer before additional work is performed.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Late or returned payments may be subject to fees.

6. Warranties & Workmanship Guarantee

Pacific Rivers Plumbing stands behind its work. We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on new installations and repairs, unless otherwise noted. Manufacturer warranties apply for all installed products.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, external issues (such as freezing), or alterations made by other parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure quality work, Pacific Rivers Plumbing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
